As a life coach, what lights me up is listening to women’s stories and helping them work through their issues. I am all about holding a sacred space for women in a fun and down to earth way. I especially love doing this at the retreats that I facilitate. I live for “me too” moments because I know the power those two words have to create community and to heal.
When I'm not coaching you can find me designing, creating art, sewing, or at a sporting event. Listening to books is another of my full-time jobs and I also love to cook and I love playing with my three dogs, Penelope the Great, Piper and Rosie. I am married to the most wonderful man on the planet, have an amazing 25-year-old daughter, and two love children (my husband's kids).
My next retreat will be in 2018 and will focus on the topic of forgiveness (Make sure you get on my Life Coaching list to get all the details.).
